FFS indeed! Its not like they have a whole lot else to do, at the end of the day it is a body shop - they repair damaged cars - if you were asking them to do something out of the ordinary I would understand but this is the entire reason why the company exists!

Know your trade IMO.

I hope you manage to get it sorted soon mate! If it ends up at 7 weeks it will be ridiculous they have had it longer than you!

I'd certainly hope they strip it right back. The paint has a 5 year warranty after the repair is done.

the only thing with that mate is that it wouldn't cover stone chips, hence why I said. Thick paint is more likely to be chipped by stones, that would be their arguement

Woohoo. 43 days after the accident and we have our baby back. Took 2 attempts to spray it, but we are now extremely happy.
