The K-Tech 330mm discs are 2 piece floating bad boys.
"The rotors are then fitted to the car using the Performance Fritction V2 fully floating mounting system. For road use this uses Belleville washers under the retaining ring to give all the benefits of a fully floating rotor but without the rattling associated with this type of set up, this keeps the brakes nice and quiet for road use. Those wanting to use the discs for a full race application can simply remove the washers. The special alloy bell design prevents heat transfer through to the wheel hubs and also means that once the discs need replacing it is only the rotors that need to be changed, not the complete assembly.

which ones , not the ones like above to be fully floating and get the benifits it has to use a bell and bobbin type assembly.to seperate the bell from the rotor .
where the bell is bolted to the rotor its ok and will be fine on the clio i imagine as its not megga powerfull but i know ont he bigger cars a set up like i posted a few pages back is the way to go made by alcon with FULLY floating assebly as before that i had a kit like the one posted above where the disc bolted to the bell and it had such bad heat build up it was using a set of pads a track day. !!
this looks ok but would like to have seen proper bobbins and springs as if usings springs with bobbins there is no ratteling but either way the above looks good.

I can appreciate the price of the kit but replacement rotors are over £500!! When you're munching through them it seems a bit high, I wonder what they would be sourced direct from performance friction.....

i have to agree not much cop on track used them on track but they were very difficult to modulate very agressive and will eat discs and ruin wheels with there dust
"RC6 : An out and out race pad giving excellent feel from cold along with increased temperature capabilities make the RC6 the serious competition choice everytime.* Customers having tried both compounds comment on decreased braking distances of over 40 meters in comparison to RC5+ on prolonged runs.* The RC6 compound will give a squeak at low speeds, the material used is also more harsh on the discs themselves.* This pad set up is for the track day driver."
