car looks great, is it a different shade than albi? looks very similar from the pics but I know it has a different name, have you parked it next to an albi blue one ever? the wheels I would like to see on a drive by pic when they're blurred, might look good with the blue inside,

can you order other coloured gordinis in the uk ?

Yes, other colours can be ordered.

Oh forgot, the blue is called Malta blue. First used on the GT. Only available on the GT and Gordini.

That press picture always looks like the arches are filled a little better. Its why i used the version with the malta blue one for my photoshop with the TDs.

Oh, Pro Race 1.2 should hopefully be fitted on the 28th.

Yes its real, its just a press image. Check out my picture on page 1. Its actually a right hand drive car, with the image flipped. Hence the RS logo being on the wrong side too.

Here you go. Couldnt be bothere to flip the RS badge though.

whats the thing with the front bumpers "mesh" it's not like it is on the 200's.....

what's the price on a set of the 1.2s for the 197/200 ??? I like them as well, are they any cheaper than the ultraleggeras?

Yeah, much cheaper than OZs. Ive got a special order with TD for a set without writing, and my price includes changing the tyres over as well.

But its costing me just over £550 all in, correct fitment, center bore, et45, 7.5x17 with new wheel bolts and tyres swapped..

You get a few stares, but i wouldnt say you get gawped at everywhere you drive. Go for it. Some really excellent deals around now on Gordinis, much better than the deal we got when we bought ours.

Sorry, didn't mean to offfend you Deako.

Remove if you like, but they are realistic opinions.

The 200 has a better engine & chassis than the 197 but it is generaly agreed that the cosmetic updates are poor!

Sorry if you diagree... I love my 197, & have no intention of buying another Clio untill they update the design & fit a 250HP+ engine.

I think the 197 is butt ugly, but i dont post in everyones threads that i dont like their cars. Personally, until the 200 came out, i would have never bought a Clio coming from the VW world. I think its a much nicer car to look at than the previous models.

I think both cars look outstanding.. going to the gordini i have to say i had had lots of negative feed back but being honest.. i aint bothered, some thing i like and think looks good.
