Yeah I agree Ben, but the car has withstood everything so far even (touch wood) the gearbox and it's done 73k!!
it's getting new gaskets I believe, for oil I'm not sure it's got an oil breather/cooler thing on. Even in hot temps with endless thrashing it's been great, it's had 3 hard track days and I've not held back.
I'm aware if other issues as I'm sure you are but sometimes u just have to believe its gonna work lol! This is why I'm not going mental, cams back in, rev limit will be at 7.8 but I will rarely take it that far, more like between 7-7.5. And as its forged why not go down a pully size
the outcome will be interesting, I don't care on figures I'm just gauging on the fiestas, either way it will be a screamer and mental! The figures are just a bit of fun really, I've only done it in this thread for fun
but there's no doubting that being able to say I have 350 in a Clio will be amazing!
Low speed and cruising it's great, easy to drive. It coughs at 2.5 revs at about half throttle, low throttle ok as is full, but this is a mapping issue and no worries of it being rectified. We've just been focusing on raising the revs and keeping the engine running sweet so now this has proved itself the final tweaks can be done
All good fun like yours mate lol!!
