Yeah I used to have 80/110 FR on 1 way and then 70/80 FR on 2 way as higher pressures would allow softer springs. I also had digressive pistons on the rear and aggressive geo which would allow the rear to rotate - on a hairpin the car was an absolute joy, the front end would bite like no other, pushing the rear out.

I have to say that the car was superb on the 2 ways but still not as compliant on low speeds as I would have liked (for road). On higher speeds the ride would be transformed.

If I'd do it again I'd go Nitrons - AST needed a rebuild every 10k miles which was disappointing. The problem here however is that these days you are looking for over £3k for the 1 way Nitrons which is mental....£5k for the remote canister'd ones.

I have 3 way Nitrons on the Lotus and the ride/handling is from another planet. I guess you get what you pay for...
