the time will show Jimmy...
We can see its 'only the best' for your baby Pav......
the OZ's are back on the car..what a difference..the steering is much lighter..feel like i could steer with 1 finger
the chips on the calipers are gone too..glad it all went so smoothly..the manifold oil leak has partly been cured too..couldnt get to a couple of screws so will ask my mechanic to do them..a heat resistant silicone was used...
rear wiper is gone now..useless thing i have never used..trying to reduce weight as well by removing unnecessary bits and bobs...just waiting for an acrylic disc to make the rear look a bit tidier..
as always thanks
Looks great with the OZs back on Pavster, the bullets look even better with the colour-coded wheels! Good job with the wiper removal - tidies up that rear end nicely
Mmmmm. Who's got the track bug i wonder
Needs a good spoiler mate, told you before
the car feels much lighter believe or not...great to have them back on..just need that grommet from ebay and it will be all ok..
haha that would be me..doing another one at Oulton on 12th November...looking forward to it..
Ok so I take my comments back re the orange wheels, it looks even better with the OZs. Like the wiper delete, makes the back end look very clean.
not sure on this mate...i'd rather spend the money on an ARB for the rear...
if there's spare money then i would like one for sure..
you crack me up Simon..thanks anyway..the orange boys will be going back on in November so will take a couple of pics just for you mate
Was the wiper arm a pain to get off the shaft Pav ?
(***Mine was a biatch).
no Shuv..you see me and my car have an agreement..i'll love her and she wont resist if im performing an operation on her
Does yours have splines on the shaft and is a tapered fit ?
something like that..
I've got an agreement like that with my wife. My car was having none if it though...
Well your about the only person ever not to struggle....
PAV = Pretty Awesome Vehicle-technician.
What parts have you been removing from your wife??!
a bit scary if you performing things like that on your wife..does she know??
haha..things you come up with..wish i had imagination like you lads..
there were times i struggled but always got the job done..
