Got the exhaust on yesterday. Took a couple hours starting off myself until a mate came over to lend a hand.

Must say the oreca is absolutely brilliant. Fitment was perfect. Made sure to use plenty of paste and doubled up on clamps because I've heard the ones that come with aren't great and they blow quite often.

But it's so nice. Sounds 10x better, not droney. Quieter than the ktec, flatspot is gone almost completely, revs out way way smoother and it weighs a lot less. Really wish I had done this from the start it really is perfect. I'm so happy with it.

Only one problem being the exhaust is a 197 one and I have a 200 diffuser so the tip sits too far out. Nothing major just means I need to chop some off to get the diffuser back on.

Was nervous about the oreca having seen loads of people telling me they're really loud but the ktec was a lot louder in my opinion.

Also peeled the plasti dip off my badges and got badge covers just to tidy it up a little

Fitted a ktec induction kit today after it arrived in the post at work yesterday.

WHAT A NOISE! It compliments the oreca so well! Flatspot is barely noticeable either so that's a bonus. Since taking that ktec off the flatspot has improved 100x over and will make it so much more liveable until I get a map.

As for the ktec induction kit, it seems to idle smoother? Not sure if in my head but it's something I think I've noticed. The revs are super smooth and throttle response feels good. I'm over the moon with it.

Also pulled the wind deflectors off as I just decided I didn't like them to be honest... They came on the car when I bought it and they never really fit that well, made a horrible noise when doing the windows up. Created a savage blind spot. Since taking them off it looks cleaner and feels like there's more light in the car? [emoji23] Either way. It's all coming together and I'm finally starting to think about my box. Just need to sort out my top mount issue and my squib for MOT in April.

Bought some cheap Matte black eBay wrap, and did my interior trims as I was sick of it being mismatched.

Goes quite well with the gloss surprisingly. And the Laguna gearknob. makes it feel much more "classy?" Inside.

Did mess up on the centre piece in a few places but it's not overly obvious so I'm not toooo fussed but maybe one day I'll re-wrap it.

This might be my steering issue...

Or at least my "Getting pulled wherever the road wants me to go" issue.

Had the scuttle etc off today to check this issue out and I can literally lift the wheel with my hand and you can see the top of the rubber separating.

Greased up all my linkages again though and shoved some long cable ties down my drains to make sure they weren't blocked.

Forgot to mention. Did meet up with a couple clios yesterday for a drive out round the forest. Do love the roads round here.

Diffuser is going back on tonight, need to source an OEM front lip as I despise the one on there at the moment. And some front spacers also. One thing at a time..

Managed to grab a couple top mounts from ecp for dirt cheap the other day. Was about to order off of rpd as I like knowing I've got gen parts on the car but TRW seem to make a fair few bits for these (As standard). And for the price of one I couldn't say no. Hopefully sorts my issue once and for all!
