Time for some updates.
Got rid of the original rubber lines and pedal feels much better, very little free play and then it goes pretty solid,of course whoever replaced the line on this side done a shitty job and the union was seized, replaced with a stainless one and reflared it.

One set of RC5+ and the discs were already looking like this,so i replaced the brakes and got RC8 this time and kept the old carbon lorraine as spare as there is still some meat left and they aren't cheap.

Altough they dont squeal much so bit disappointed, should i try the Ferodo counterpart instead?

On another matter I fitted these lower arm ball joints in Dec 23 and covered about 10k miles and the passenger side already has massive play and knocking like crazy so wont use them again and went with Ocap from FrogJam.

I got some aluminium seat mounts from JJC race and rally to save some weight as I had SWM steel mounts before, they save 2.9kg per seat, they sit quite low tough so might need spacers.

The old radiator looked tired and old so got an upgrade for future proofing from Toyosports,it holds about 7 liters of coolant now from the 5 of before.

Used this kit with bolts to secure the fan as it's quite heavy, seems to work nicely.

All the red paintwork was flaking off and got tired of looking at it so wrapped it in nardo grey, the roof was the worst part.
Some pictures while in progress.

As you can see below it's quite a light grey when the sun is out and darker when overcast.

Maybe the red wheels are a bit much but it's easy to get them powder coated if i get bored lol,

With the turini weighing 9kg and all spacers removed you save 7,3 kg in total and it being a rotational mass you can definitely feel it when driving.

Standard wheels weight:

4x spacers:

While i was there i darkened the third brake light a bit so you cant see it under the spoiler until it comes on and also fitted an led.

Used C5 wheel armour to protect the wheels from the dusty carbon lorraine pads, hope it will be good.
