Just had the pleasure of being allowed a blast in this...

Now, obvisouly I expected it to shift. But, that is something else, it's hard to compare it to an NA 197/200. In loose terms it's faster than a current STi in gear, that's the easiest thing I could compare it to. If you're looking at FWD Turbo cars then I can only compare it to my old FIAT Coupe 16VT and it's a lot faster than that too but it also feels a lot more composed and with the 10-15 years of Turbo engine developments you can really feel how things have come on in that respect. Virtually no lag and just effortless accleration, in every gear. Going from 50-70MPH in 3rd is like 20-40MPH in 2nd in an NA car.
Hats off to Litchy and Steve at SC AutoElectrics. Seriously quick car, no wonder Renaultsport didn't do it... They wouldn't have sold any Megs!!!
