Another Supreme Motorsport build

The real question is...

Will it be finished in time for Snetterton in August? :think:

Also the erection thing. That's a valid question too.

List of jobs etc that need doing;
-Waiting on modified supercharger to arrive
-Engine loom to finish
-Engine and box back out to fit the light weight flywheel
-Mount catch can
-Make oil lines
-Mount oil coolers
-Nut and bolt check

Not huge updates as work is hectic but we do need to get this moving over the next week or so to get it ready for mapping.

The intercooler etc is now back and powdercoat. I think it looks loads better in black.

Well a frustrating week where everything seems to be going wrong on all front.

My daily truck has a fault on the ad blue system not allowing the thing to start at all and the parts are on back order with no date [emoji35]

I sold my eco enclosed car trailer as I just wasn’t happy with the quality of it (pics make it look far better than it is in person) someone came along and offered me a great price too.

So I’m now trailer-less and truck-less which is super annoying.

Any way back to the build I managed to get some brackets made to mount the oil reservoir for the charger. Also got the brakes all bled and test fitted the ATS gtr wheels while I was at it

Next up was to make mounts for the 2 oil coolers one for the engine oil and one for the supercharger set up. I ordered 2 mocal ones (these are my go to for oil coolers) only 1 arrived [emoji30] and the other was ok back order from mocal and with time getting close for snett they offered an “identical” Setrab cooler. Well it turns out it’s not so the laser cut mount doesn’t fit, I get another one designed over the weekend and cut next week.

I had mapping booked at RST for the 3rd which was always going to be close, but after being let down on a Rotrex charger this was cancelled and struggled to get a new mapping slot before the 19th.

Iv now managed to get hold a brand new Rotex unit that’s arriving Tuesday so we can get the final bits sorted.

The list is getting shorter with only the following bits left to do;

-New bracket for oil cooler
-Make oil lines for engine oil
-Mount supercharger
-Make oil lines for supercharger
-Mount catch can and make oil line
-Mount new fuse box and wire it up
-Powdercoat the remaining mounts
-Fill all fluids
-Geo set up
-Get tyres fitted
-Fit seats when they arrive
-Final check over the car

Then just mapping

Hi yes we can offer a full service with everything needed. The full kit prices will be out once we have proven this intercooler and rad design works as well as we believe it to.
