Another Supreme Motorsport build

So managed to get a he box built back up. As this is a car I’d like to use on the road to go to cars and coffee etc I went with the quaife if I feel it’s not up to the job il swap it out for a gripper.

Got a new genuine clutch and slave fitted then hung the engine in the bay last night.

Today I got the inlets on to mock up the fuel lines etc

I had to get the charger bolted up so I can work out the end tanks on the intercooler and check what size rad we could squeeze in.

With the other Clio running nitron we thought about going down this route again but with the budget going out the window we opted for some AST instead

Over the next few days we will get the suspension all
Built up and hopefully get the car rolling again next week.

Quaife every day if you're even thinking about using it on the road wish I had now, tho the grippers awesome on the track, stil a little aggressive sometimes tho. Awesome build keep the updates coming

Be interested to see what spring rates you went for also. I've got 80/80 on my ASTs and find them a bit too stiff for road work
 
Iv gone for the he track spec springs il check what they are.

Managed to get the fuel lines done and made a start on the custom vac lines

Don’t worry the engine mount is going to be changed.

Iv had some updates on the new intercooler and rad pack this is the jig to make these repeatable and we will be carrying stock in about 2-3 weeks.

The core size we have gone for is HUGE and will flow to over 500bhp comfortably.

While waiting on things i decided to get the go pro mounting sorted

The intercooler and rad pack is getting ever closer we have decided to take the car up north to test for everything and finish the boost pipes in one day.

The only day Andy could do was Thursday so tonight was abit of a mad rush to get the car somewhat ready to take up.

Here is some pics of the new intercooler and rad it will be a direct bolt in replacing the crash bar but won’t require any modifications to the bumper.

Tomorrow we should get the brake lines all finished up, calipers on the front and rear.

Il get more of spec sheet written up over the next few days and a list of what’s been done up to date.

Would like to see this kit commercialized in future once testily proven

I believe it can be further customized for Air Con based supercharged Clio 3RS version :wink:

The kit will be added to our supercharger conversion and we are making a another so work with the c38 range of superchargers.

All of our kits will be an AC delete sorry.

I was just referring to the concept of the kit itself and it's clearly for an AC delete the way you are going with it. The prospective I'm looking at is if we here in Dubai constrain the power (smaller intercooler core) , we can squeeze in Air Con unit. worth to be looked at.

Glad to read that C38 will be included :sunglasses:

Have you considered dual high speed fan? or was that decided from the beginning?

The car was then put on its own wheels for the first time in a few weeks

Last but not least I got the car loaded ready for the trip to Stoke tomorrow to finish the intercooler and boost pipes.
