Say I traded my Recaros for some standard 200 seats, what's the going rate for £+seats my way?? Not looking to shaft anyone with eBay prices, just a favour to save them being traded in with the car when someone on here could benefit instead.

The car wasn't going too bad around there on Friday, strange grip even though it was dry, anything offline was like it was wet - highly enjoyable though. The passenger ballast stunts the power somewhat - but she had some decent scalps! More to come... YouTube link

Anyone got these? I'm interested to see they fit the OE kit, which is perfect as I don't want to change the suspension, but the car does need a touch more camber for the track. Linky

With many thanks to Karl, Twingeekeo, I've got my mitts on a spare airbox to try a little experiment with. PLAN To increase cold airflow into the OEM airbox WHY? Because it heatsoaks badly, starving the engine of cold, dense air - which the ECU detects and retards the ignition...

Which is which? Having a quick lunch hour nose about, I think red is the vac controlled cold start feed and the blue is the normal cold air from the grille. Am I right?

As per, how much is required for a full fluid swap?

So, will I get a normal 2-tonne one under it or do I need one of those low slung things? I haven't got one to try, so it'll save me buying the wrong one! Also, using the front point, am I likely to lift both wheels because the car is so stiff? It does on the Golf.

9kg 200 Cup wheels with 1 TD old Yoko A048 track tyres. Bit of shopping around and they've come in at a fraction under £550 all in. Ace.. it's all coming together!

Does anyone know the weights for the various 197/200 wheels? Depending on weight, I may as well get some scruffy OEM ones for track duty, as they'll be cheaper than PR1.2s/Turinis/Leggaras. Cheers.
