Brake ducts and a headlight duct are next on this list of acquisitions. The harnesses will be purchased at the end of month as I cannot take the bullying from everyone anymore. I am not getting a ZPO yet, but it will be purchased at some point.

I will task @EthanMenace with the task of cutting perfect holes in the 200 cup blank fog light trims.

How have people dealt with brake ducts and the massive washer bottle? Any pictures for inspiration would be good.

I guess my real question is does the OEM washer bottle have to be replaced or can you route pipework around it to get the air from the brake duct to a coupler attached to the arch liner?

I went hardcore with eBay universal bottle and corvette brake ducts, they are awesome! Fog light blanks with holes: 8201045512

I thought about buying the fog light blanks with holes but came to the conclusion that we might as well cut in to the existing blanks and save £55.

If you don’t fancy cutting your cup blanks I’ll swap for some fog light trims? Also have these C7F2BB59-90F8-4A4D-872C-2B404FE7B7ED.jpeg

@PITA Can I just check - you want to swap my cup blanks that have no holes in for your full fat fog surrounds that do have holes in them? If that is correct then yes that sounds like a sensible solution to me. But why do you want cup blanks if you already have brake ducts?

I have put an order in with Nathan for the brake ducts and pipes.

I can’t run brake ducts or fogs due to the charge pipes

I see. I will get the fog blanks off the car this weekend and post them to you. I will sent you a PM with my address. Would you be able to get your fog light surrounds to me by next week or thereabouts?

i can cancel your order if you wanna have the whole lot from Craig?
it's not a problem

We whipped the bumper off this evening so remove the fog light blanks to swap with @PITA fog light surrounds with OEM holes.

Whilst the number was off I realised how much little room there is with the standard water bottle to get brake duct pipework to the arch liner.

The washer bottle is still sporting an "injury" from when @suj ripped the motor out of the bottom of the washer bottle at Snetterton. We might just try to use a heat gun on the bottle and quite literally mould a path for the pipework. If that fails we will have to purchase a new washer bottle.

Whilst the bumper was off I had a look at current passenger side headlight to make sure the spare one I had purchased to butcher for a cold air feed was the same model. The spare light has black plastic trim around the bottom of the light.

But, the existing lights do not have the bottom plastic trim?

It looks like a previous owner has drilled out the rivets that held the plastic trim on the to the lights. Is this another 200 cup quirk or just something that is peculiar to my Clio?

Disclaimer: I did no ripping, I literally pointed at it and said "look it's leaking here" when they had a leak....and whoooooshhhh it pissed itself (I have this effect on women too....mainly pissing themselves laughing at me...but anyways).....

Also is the washer bottle same on all MK3s? As I needed a filler neck but I bought the whole lot, so the bottom is sitting in the attic if you want it?
