The white 200 without a shadow of a doubt. Cup pack and Recaros.

Both white 200's look like they have cup packs? I wouldn't base it on spec alone.

How have they been serviced? Owners? etc

yeah i gotta look into that just was woundering what people thought on price and milage of them all, no one like the 197?

I like the 197 but then again I may be a little biased

All in all it looks like a tough decision, the price difference between the 197 and the 200 without recaro's isn't that much considering, and you are getting a car a year younger.

Then again it depends how much you would like the recaro's, I've yet to try them but I hear that they are awesome (not that the standard seats aren't)

In my opinion the 197's are over priced. If your gonna spend that sorta money I'd go for the 200.

I'd go for the 197, that ones exactly the same as mine I bought a few weeks ago (even the same miles lol). Love everything about it.

Font end of the 200 is ugly IMO

Ouch! That is expensive. Also due its belts etc at some point in the future. Some tasty options, but not many. My advice would be keep looking, isn't there an R27 for sale in the for sale section here? Also 197>200

The base on the recaro (197) is starting to wear and it looks like the upright part of the seat could have worn through, looks like they've tried to hide it.

done some research on the 197 it hasnt got no ren service history

That's not really an issue. Is the history complete? Have the services been done by recognised Renaultsport specialists (for the belt service)? If so then a full RENAULT service history is less important, and could be used as a point of negotiation (-unless the owner knows what they are talking about)

I had another look later on autotrader and found a ly 197 f1 57 plate. Service history. Xenons. 34500 miles £7645?
