Don't keep a DSG car after the warranty runs out. They're renowned for going wrong, usually the gearbox ECU, and you're looking at a bill running well into 4 figures to rectify.

Gearbox ECU is around £1750 fitted and a new gearbox is around 5 grand.

Try googling 'dsg problem' and see how many results you get.

You could get the scirocco to 260bhp with only the remap, it has better interior, looks pretty good BUT everyone has got one, it doesn`t handle like the clio, it sounds pretty stupid to me and it`s more expensive than the clio. Personally i`d choose both with a little more inclined to the clio.
