Sorry to see you've been having issue with it pez you haven't had it that long have you .

No only since November, but at least I'm learning about it I guess.

Well that sounded like a right pain in the ....! Hope that's the last of your issues.

Yeah I hope so too. I would like to actually do some of my own mods but untill its square I keep telling myself no.

Dose anyone no about the lower rear engine mount, I no you can get an insert the large end but can you get a cotton reel polybush for the small side?

Or replace it with a Vibratechics mount.

I thought you could get to the pump from the rear seats?

This is true but would that cause a lot of vibration with the vibratecnics mount?

No you can't get it though the "service" hatch under the seat as its all off set and to small.

So little update.

Cars booked in for full belts and full service at RSTuning on the 24th.

Iv found out the fault/code that's causing the engine light.
It's:

P2075
Intake manifold tuning (IMT) Valve position sensor switch circuit bank 1a.

Any ideas what this could be?
Something to do with the TB?

Had that code with diesels before and it was the swirl flaps. Obviously these don't have swirl flaps but could well be the throttle body. Perhaps try giving it a clean out.

Yeah having a look on the internet it may well be that. I will have a look at it tomorrow.

Little update.

Iv fitted a lower powerflex mount this past couple of weeks.
Seems to have helped with the gear change especially at higher RPM.
But still feels a bit *Jerky* at lower rpm in first and second.
I think it's the cotton reel bush at the front of the mount that the problem is.

Today Iv taken the Throttle body and PCV valve off with help of the guide on the forum for the pcv.

Throttle body wasn't overly dirty but Iv cleaned it anyway.

The pcv valve was pretty mucky Iv give that a good clean as well as the pipe.
The fitting where the pipe go's on to the engine side was full of crap so got the best I can out.
Been for a drive and it seems a lot smoother.

I thought maybe cleaning these would make the idle a bit better and not as rough but it hasn't made much difference, I will reset the engine light again now I have cleaned these and see if it stays off.
If not I fear I will need a new Throttle body.

Excellent work mate. Like having a good poo getting rid of that lot!

Seeing your recent posts has really made me think about getting ours sorted out. Good photos. Glad to hear there has been at least some benefits.

Thanks.
Yeah it is such an easy job to do as well. It's very rewarding knowing that it's going back together again clean.
I will check up on it in a month see if there is much muck in there.

I no that it's been discussed a lot but if there throttle body is knocked is it worth getting a 64mm one?
