Im single now so the house hunting has toned down a bit so theres no reason why i couldnt. However after spending £1500 on the S3 so quickly, id lose out selling it straight away...

Yeah. Type-Rs are thirstier and more expensive to insure.

I'd go Meg 250 or 265.
