When I saw it, I hit the brakes so hard I nearly put myself through the windscreen! I had to take a pic, no one would believe you if you said you'd seen a car with eyelashes on!

If I was to guess who drove it (I never saw the driver...), I would guess at a middle aged, divorced largish woman.
