It’s probably your foot positioning which is making it so difficult.

My feet are ok. I blame the pedal positions.

While the actual reasons seems to be that I'm simply motorically incapable to pull it off correctly in reality.

This blip thing is interesting. I wouldn't want one but alone that it exists as plug-in solution is good to know.

Big toe little toe is the way I do it too. My mates Exocet has some form of autoblip on it and it's very odd to use.

My Yaris has auto blip built in to it, but that is intelligent enough to know if you are downshifting regardless of whether or not you touch the brake.

After a track day I am sure I will work out if I this any good.
