pretty sure the 19t should get you there!
Fingers crossed. It's the fuel system I hope is up to it....

I'd say around 350 with a 19t, some of the megane guys are running 350 with rs tuning hybrid which I believe is a td04hl 19t
Iirc 350 is maxxed out with an returnless system. However you won't need a swirlpot to make a return system...
Standalone, I'm using bigger cams and [probably] ITB's so no chance the Sagem will work. It's struggling as it is! lol
TB Rich Yep all returnless.@litchy Just wanted to pick your brains chap on fuel pumps and systems as you seem to have done your homework here.
Is it correct that all Clio's and Meg's are returnless?
The Clio uses a pressure reg in the tank which is 3bar? - Is that part of the pump or separate to the pump but still in the sender?
The mk2 pump (225/R26) uses same setup as Clio, but 3.5bar? - So can I use a 225 pump and/or reg if separate in the Clio?
Mk3 (250 etc) uses 5bar in tank with a 3.5bar on the end of the rail? Still returnless?
Basically I'm making a [final] effort to make 240bhp NA now, stock injectors will already running close so looking at using bigger injectors and upping the fuel pressure. But I am only used to return systems with proper FPR's, this returnless stuff seems weird. My easiest option will be marginally bigger injectors (~330cc) but reall want to understand options around the fuel pump and how the regulation works. 3bar isn't high and better fuel atomisation with a higher pressure is a good thing with ITB's etc.
Cheers
Not seen this build for a while, last time I was here I'm sure you had it for sale? Glad you stuck it out and making good progress.
Cheers Litchy, I'll have to look at some pictures of them all I think and work out what I can use where then. But that is a shame the pump and reg can't be swapped easily with a Meg.
I've got a Walbro 255 pump (no fittings though) brand new which I never fitted to my last project, so maybe I can rebuild the mk3 Clio sender with that inside. I just need more flow at the injectors but I'm not at pump limits, or even potentially the injector limits once the pressure has been upped.
I know the R3 uses 3.5bar but not sure how it achieves it, maybe just have to buy some RS bits - probably cheaper in the long run!
Think of buying a damaged 200T and running 275 engine with a manual gearbox. Just waiting for the right car to turn up.
