CL10 CYA project

next steps
drain 3/4 tank of fuel thats 4 years old
oil filter and oil flush
fresh fuel and try to get her started for 30 seconds
compression test
then pull the engine for timing belt and lick of paint

parts needed
I would like to somehow find a new 225 engine loom - if anyone has any ideas

Well done for sticking with it. So you are still using the wiring bypass at the moment if so what's the next move?

Stuck with it because of your help.
So still using the bypass
Currently hunting for a UPC to replace my current one

What I have found out so far
2009 Clio full fat with keycard has part number 674661
197 Clio -(unsure of year or keycard or) part number 674661
Gordini Clio - keycard Part number 674661

As you mentioned in the other thread, the issue relates to whether it's a keycard or keyless system.
I'm now hunting for the UPC you posted the other day—hopefully that will resolve the issue.
If that doesn't work, I suppose I'll have to stick with the bypass and hope it doesn't fail.
Next, I'm planning to take the engine out and aim to have the car ready by May, so I have plenty of time to find a replacement.

Which UPC are you hunting for? I know I have an extra one kicking somewhere, I can have a hunt and see which part number is on it

Thr fuel system parts were held in with small self tappers and all a bit of a mess

So in went the nut rivits and everything held in place with M6 bolts.
Decided to get the plastics and carpets back on

Battery replaced with a smaller unit sat behind the passenger seat

Mounted the plumbed in extinguisher

General wash and clean down the inside

Still waiting on a fuel pump cover plate arriving
Then that is the rear inside finished till I decide what to do with seats

I had coilover socks installed on my RB, and they work wonders for the conditions where I live.
They're definitely on my shopping list.

P.S. I need to read through your entire thread; your car looks interesting! It's just a matter of finding the time to go through all the pages, haha.
