Albi 197 from NI

Hello all,
had my 197 a month now and love the beast, especially coming from a 1.2fiesta zetec!!

Have only phone pics of the motor atm but I'll get some better taken at some stage.

Thanks folks! Still lovin this car, itchy throttle foot all the time...does it wear off? Also the diffuser is colour coded...what do people think of this?

It doesn't ever fully wear off lol. You just give it the squeeze a little less often. As for the diffuser, can't be sure from that photo. Also not something I would have thought about doing

I didn't think it would, it's a bit addictive. Love the sound of it too!!

Here's some pics of the diffuser...not something I would've thought of either tbh but the previous owner has done it.

Sometimes I love it, sometimes I'm not sure. I like that it's different though, nice touch that way.

You're right, I'm learning owning a 197 is an expensive 'hobby' but it is certainly worth it when you go for a blast.

The diffuser is a strange one...I'm learning to love it, every now and then I lose faith and dislike it, only temporarily though.

Looked like a guy Ian who had one but his was 2006!

Also don't forget depending what month the 2007 was you will need a cambelt change if its not done already (may as well get the water pump + depahser pully done at the same time.. Sere are quoting £700 to do the work with there current 30% off parts and 50% off labour.. service is 5 years or 72k miles.)

Cambelts been done so she's good atm, serviced by shelborne before I collected it, only 38k on the clock!! Thanks for the advice.

No Ian as registered owner on this one. Wonder is the owner on here?
