which Sat nav?

i need to get one asap but no idea which one to get, not looking for top of the range but between £100 -125 maybe

any pointers?

tom tom mate cant knock them

+ 1 Tomtom are so simple and accurate, you can't go wrong if you get your hands on one.

Garmin are also highly rated, but not had one, so can't comment.

Navman aren't bad either and some have a handy parking and petrol button to find the nearest one in your area.

Navigon look fantastic, very modern, but saw on the gadget show that the one they tested was not very accurate with directions and postcode finder was somewhat fiddly.

Bought mine from Halfords, if anything goes wrong take it back (i got a new one), or at worst they'll send it off for repair.

couple of lads at work have sat nav's that I barrow from time to time. The best one I've used is a tom tom, I'm actually looking at buying on myself
