any all purpose cleaner will do it, a splash of any de-greaser before hand will help.

Meguiars APC will also do a good job.

There will be loads of tar in the arches though, will need some autosmart tardis for that but I think you already bought some?

Im about to do this aswell, been loads of roadworks recently so im sure my arches weigh triple what they should
