Those photos of Eddies car were the ones that really got me thinking. Looks absolutely banging to me.

I do like the mock picture however I think it’ll look better in reality, the shading of the blue doesn’t do it any justice sadly

So, as some of you know, I'd love a full aero kit but Mrs M really doesn't want a spoiler. I'm trying to persuade her that the Sprint spoiler is really subtle and she'll soon get used to it. Personally, I'd prefer the Sprint over the Cup wing anyway so I'd be happy.

But yeah, I think she might be starting to see the light. I'm hoping she is! I did these rough mock ups (thanks to @-Eddie- for the AWESOME photos) and I think it looks pretty damn good, Just hope they're good enough to persuade her.

No brainer to me. What do you guys think?

I like that! Never really been a fan of skirts on cars, but I take your point about it making the car seem lower. Hope Mrs Mes is convinced by the mock up.

I’m with Sean on this tbh, I’ve got the front lip and like it, not a fan of the side skirts, well, the way they lip up at the end anyway, possibly a set of carbon extensions ( sort of like the skirts with out the wing bit) might look good as a means to make it look lower? The spoilers subtle so i could take it or leave it tbh.

Yeah it's a possible for the skirts to be flat and carbon. I do like that they'd suite properly with the diffuser then too.

And the spoiler, they just look perfect to me. Finishes off the back end. Looks more Clio to me too. Mk2 and 4 came with something, Mk3 didn't.

I’ve got the carbon spats on mine to be fair and they draw abit of critism and praise but very 50/50.

I’d be tempted to go behind mrs M’s back and get the cup spoiler

Yeah Maxton mate. They look great in that photo, as they always do, but up close they're really cheap. And thin. There's no guts to them. where the sides of them curve down towards the ground, there's nothing behind them. It's just a thin bit of shaped plastic. Shame, because I agree, they look great and would get the effect I wanted without the little wing at the back.

Maybe I just need to get some made. Can't be difficult!

I've been toying with Carbon spats and some sort of skirt for a while...was watching the Maxton ones on eBay but if they are as you've described Mes I'll give them a miss!! 100% decided on Cup spoiler front and back, but I want the front smoothed and glossed over. Just got to find someone to do that! Fed up of the rubber edging which looks god awful..

@Pav cheers mate. I really like the full kit mate. So does Mrs. M. It's just the spoiler that's the problem!

@Benno check the Maxton ones out in the flesh before you buy them. They're cheap for a reason! Look great in pics but in the flesh you can tell there's not much to them.

@Chris ha, all I can do is give her the info. As I've always said to her, it's her car, the final decisions are hers. It's hard not to be pushy when I think it's going to look so good but I think I'm staying reasonable so far!

Never been sure about the TCE splitter. Looks ok but I think the normal RS one is much better. However, that blue one... looks SOOOOOO good with the number plate removed and smoothed. Suggested doing that to Mrs M but she was having none of it. Looks outstanding to me. I actually did a mockup a while back for her with it done and with the Golf ED30 splitter which is still my favourite I've seen on a Clio:
