Just read this build from the start and what a car! A lot of inspiration for my own in this thread. I noticed you've removed the airbag Ecu, does that throw any errors up on the dash or does removing it take away the airbag light issue?

Thanks for that. It didn’t throw up any errors as far as I could see and even plugging in my reader it threw up no errors from removing it.

Did a couple of small bits on the car to get it ready for next weekend. One of those jobs was to fit heat reflective tape on the intercooler pipe into the turbo. It’s not the best finish but it serves a purpose. I’m in two minds to get the turbo and pipe work ceramic coated shortly.

Otherwise it’s all good to go now!

I haven’t measured since doing it but after running it was possible to tell by hand that it was definitely cooler. I’ll take some proper readings to compare shortly.

No mate. I just received a surprise offer for it. I’ll hold on to it for the year and see how it goes. I’m tempted with just getting a fast daily and sell the trailer, get rid of the X3. Possibly something like a new M2 but we’ll see. I’m enjoying the Clio right now.
