Then I stumbled accross this.........

Thats great if it is a 500 euro note but i'd say its unlikely if it would be, if you went on holiday and took a 1000 euros with you, you'd wonder were some of it went when you counted up and only had 75 left.

either sellers a bit daft or a clever con artist.
