No, I looked into this, as I when I ordered mine, I had a choice of what engine to have (Euro 4 / 5).
Although the emissions will be lower, they will only be 5g/km lower, therefore not lowering the VED band.
I opted for Euro 4 engine to speed the order up!
Frankly, I can't see why Renault are bothering their arses to reduce the emissions by such a small quantity. Hardly seems worth it!
