The Best Road Tyres

The Pilot Sport 4's are meant to be an update of the SuperSport and they are cheaper, anyone heard anything about these?

Anyone used the CUP2s? How much tread they come with?

What about other makes of tyres Toyo Proxes T1-R I used them on my 172 when BF Goodrich stopped making profilers in that size it was not the make but the design a good square edge I found on the 172 the Continental sport contacts had a rounded\ tapered edge which gave a lot of under steer and when that started to wear it got so bad it was all you could do to get them worn out in order to change them. I put brand new Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 all round when I got the 197 because they were already fitted I must say they are good cant say anything bad about them but like any tyre they seem to wear out fast but everyone must feel like that. Hankook v12, Dunlop, Avon etc. someone must have something to say about them it would be better talking about road use as track tyres and track use is a totally different ball game more setup, pressure and driving ability.
