New design Brembo fitting pins -interest?

Quick and maybe stupid question...

What is the difference between these and the Renault items? Is it £40 for four pins?

the renault ones will eventually stick and corrode inside the calliper which will bend out of shape when trying to get them out some people have had to grind them out

these new ones dont corrode in the calliper and are easier to get in and out when changing pads
 
I take it that these use the R clip to retain the pin instead of the spring loaded collar that the Renault part has, hence solving the seizing problem?

How do I go about getting hold of a set?
