That's very annoying. Went in to Renault Wolverhampton to pick up my touch up pencil I have ordered. A note on the parts desk saying 'the parts department will close today at 3.30pm' it was 3.50pm. I was annoyed. Nearly crashed the van driving off the car park!

Interesting to see the differences between countries. Down here it doesn't make any difference what the reg plate says, it's the build date of the car that determines which year it is and therefore resale (or lack thereof in the case of Renault!). Think I prefer our method though
