Small updated.........I was quick wipe the engine and just spotted crap stuff under wiper cover. So took the wipers and cover off to get to the drain but driver side got full off water!! I did this once about 2 year ago, can't understand why it block.
Can see full of water! Is about 2lt of water, like a 2lt coke bottle.

This could be the problem, that why I didn't check this rubber drain last time. Mind you this is a stupid design!
Will have to finish off tomorrow night.
Have you check your?? You don't want water get interior by air vent!
