It's pretty good. We mainly use it for engine blocks and cylinder heads etc.

When keeping aircon which aux belt kit do you use? Use the 197 set up or meg? And meg or clio parts (alternator etc)?

Also what do you do when you don't? My aircon had nothing in it all no pressure at all. So may have a leak or just never been recharged.

I'll have to ask Jesse if he ever charged it.

So I haven't updated this for a while my garden has taken over my spare time.

Got a few bits painted today.

I've also got a few bits,
Must say this was a bargain on eBay at £20, plus postage.


I got the upper mount and powerflex from Matt @trackspec197


I also picked up a set of ds2500 front pads and a gearbox mount powerflex insert from @shogun

And something I shouldn't have bought but just had to. @G8RSH 's old wheels from @lewis sinclair.

Can't wait for them to arrive, not that I can fit them.(stolen pic).

Looking good, the Evol Engine mount is really good for the money, I used to run the same one on mine. Much better than the standard mount with an insert in! The wheels are a lovely treat though and will looks the dogs.

thanks Tom, i have the most with the insert in and it's the other end that's splitting. so had quick look on the bay to find a new one cheaper than a second hand one?? I had the money put by for mapping but just couldn't resist. they just don't come up very often.

So I put my exhaust mounts in the ultra sonic at work.

It's great because it actually removes the rust on the inside too! Where blasting Can't.

I have 4 kids and probably only the 3 year old would be interested in helping.

I also got the grills cleaned up and painted.

I also got the suspension legs cleaned up and I painted one outer hub with etch primer then some black, the Ali was a bit pitted due to the brake dust, just one more to do.

That's why I did it whilst it's off.

Took a few minutes with a small flat blade screwdriver. Start at the bottom, the plastic support bar is in the way at the top but I still got it out.

So I got around to painting the other hub.

These also turned up today.

And I quickly fitted one, it did get me in trouble as I was supposed to be sorting the kids.

My wife commented she prefers the blue?? Wtf?
They can't stay silver so be looking at Fcs tomorrow.

Red has popped into my head with a red F1 Roof Decal?? But probably be boring with Black.
