Gave the car her first clean under my ownership this weekend. I tend to go a bit overboard usually, but the other half roped me into cleaning her pit of a car first - so I didn't have as much time as I would have liked.
Anyway, it all started off badly when I discovered I was low on snow foam and what was left had gone a bit funny. It didn't really foam up, so I just jet washed off what I could and then went straight to the hand wash stage.

Washed using the two bucket method. Love this mitt - it has a waterproof liner. So your hand doesn't get wet.
The car was covered in tar! The next hour was spent with tar removal products from Autoglym and Auto Finesse. It's still not perfect, but it it's a hundred times better.
Then whacked on a couple of coats of this...

I love this stuff and really rate it.
Then a bit of this on the tyres...

When I have time I will be taking the wheels off, giving them a proper clean and then sealing them with Poor Boys. As they were refurbed just before I bought the car.
I then vacuumed and cleaned the interior.
I had then planned to take it to some nice locations to do a photoshoot, but the other half said we had other things to do. So here are a few shots on the drive from Sunday and today.
