Locking wheel nut info?

I know they are 19mm but is there any other info I need to know for our locking wheel nut size?

Best advice anybody can get for those wheel nuts are get rid of them asap.

I wasn't supplied any when I bought my car. Renault sent the wrong size so need the info for the new ones.

I still have mine if you want a set, or can give you a part number.

The first time I used the key it started to shear off, so i got rid of the bolts and put normal ones in straight away.

If your getting from Renault then you need the laguna locking nuts or they will just keep ordering the wrong size.

I found best way to undo them is to pull wrench up anti clockwise. Rather than pushing down.

No worries Mike, Renault will supply me with them. The part number could come in handy if you get a minute to check though. They are made of cheese and need to be careful, I had to replace the ones on my 182.

That standard Clio(4stud,same as my meg) is M12 1.5
5 stud renaults are bigger bolts.

The correct thread for our cars is M14 x 1.5

Some audi/VW's have same thread (and porsche) but have a radius seat.

We need a 60 degree taper on ours so just be carefull if ordering aftermarket/ebay stuff.
