Just another lowering springs Q

Hi all,
Got a 57 plate 197 F1.



This is how it sits at the minute. Question is, I want to have the 'race car' look so the arch sits just above the wheel, so I'm thinking about 30mm (a guess). Which springs are the best and do I need new shocks to go with?

I've only done coilovers previously, so don't know that much about them! Any help is appreciated
