It's now been a week

Since Roo the red nosed 197 left and Cookie the Clio 182 came along.

Did the work run this week.

In the 197, managed average of 27.9 MPG for the drive to work.
In the 182, 38,3 MPG....now that will save a lot over a year (50 mile round trip a day, but 182 will only get used for work run max twice a week.)

I'm loving the 182 a lot, nice to have a car that makes some noise too but I do miss the 197 just a little bit.

Not bad going. I fetched the RS250 yesterday, the trip comp on the clio was reading 29.3mpg when I got there. Cleared the meg trip comp and got 39.9mpg on the way back - needless to say I was more than happy.

Gave her some REAL stick today, fuel reading still at 35 lol!!!

Probably the mapping and decat that cripples mine, the price I pay for the torque especially low down, it pulls like an rs2d car but nowhere near the cost.

Ive been offered the chance of a custom stainless job for mine for 300 as a trial, might have to take him up see how it goes
