we've not yet solve the problem..

the problem should be that the first lambda read a rich value (but normal for these cams(crossing...?)) and make a recovery.. we'll try to make read her a more lean value..with this:

or with an elecrical resistance..

I hope in this week to try this solution..
Otherwise maybe will be necessary another ecu.. like these..but at 80% i think that we'll solve the problem before this step!!

no Aron.. i've some problem to do work it behind my seat!
it starts only 1 time the clio!
the second time it make difficulty, and the third time it no start the clio!!

maybe into the standard position under the bonnet works well:001_unsure:

info for my clio: maybe the cams timing is not ok, yesterday morning i took the 197 to my mechanic..
the last two week 197 lose some power.. and i don't know why...

Do you think the redtop 15 isn't so good with a long live cable then.

I've went for the redtop 25, hopefully it works ok as I want to put it in the boot for now.

with my configuration is no good! but i will re-try it when my 197 is completely ok..i'll make some km to make a good test!

with topred (gel battery) i think it is a safer option.. behind or under the seat

After many test.. i'll need to change the reprofiled cams with schrick cams..
there is a problem @ low rpm that comes from these cams..

next week i'll fit them.. ;-)

Some long laborious hours been put into your truly one off car Simmo.

As with all engine up grades you'll have some teething trouble, sure you will iron it out . . . . . .
