Dutch 197

Hi all,

Here is my introduction of my 2008 Clio 197.
I checked out a few Clio's. 2 197's and one 203.
But I kept on looking until I found a mint 197 with all the options I wanted in Belgium.

So I went over to a place a bit below Brussel and saw the car. And a week later I picked it up.

Here are some pictures on the Belgium export plates.

Currently it is imported into the Netherlands and has got yellow Dutch plates on it.

I have plans to put in real bucket seats and drive some trackdays with it.
Which should be fun! :biggrin:

On launch the 200 was referred to as the 203, no idea why;

De Recaro´s zijn prima, maar het kan beter.
Lagere zit en betere steun.

Ik haal ze er dan wel tijdelijk uit, maar zal ze niet wegdoen.

And yes, the 203 is the facelift version of the Clio 3 RS in the Netherlands. Exactly the same as the 200 is in the UK.

believe its called the 203 because the Clio 197 has 200hp (197PS) and the Clio 200 has 203bhp (200PS)

so its just bhp rather than PS.

Wel just got mine on a Dyno today.
I hit 164bhp @ 7000rpm and 188nm @ 5600rpm at the wheels.
How much is this on the engine?
