Help yourself.

Not all my info though. Most of it was done by Mark and Simo I believe.

Gents, are these spring rates the right way around.??????????????

Why on earth would you have a stronger spring on the rear where there isnt any weight and a softer on the front !!

More playful rear end and to some degree will help weight transfer onto and across the front axle.

My friends, what colour marks should be found on non-cup clio200 springs (after 2009) ? I'd love to find the softest setup..
Anybody knows?

I will try to answer my own question.
Maybe it will be helpful to somebody.
My own investigation tells me that:

197 springs have blue+green dots
197cup springs are marked with blue+orange dots
200ff (the softest ones I'm looking for) should be marked with blue+yellow dots
200cup (the hardest setup) - blue+violet markings

But there are also late 2010 plate cars, which have revised front top mounts. That means front springs are different again..
Not an easy thing to solve.

Here ya go:

197 Standard Springs

Front: 170 lb/in 29.8 n/mm

Going from what RenaultSport say the others are uprated by you can roughly work out the rest. 197 Cup 15% stiffer springs than standard. 200 Sport 15% softer than 197 Sport and 200 cup 15% stiffer than 197 Cup.

197 Cup Springs

Front: 195.5 lb/in 34.2 n/mm
Rear: 245 lb/in 42.9 n/mm

200 Standard Springs

Front: 144.5 lb/in 25.3 n/mm
Rear: 215 lb/in 37.6 n/mm

200 Cup Springs

Front: 224.8 lb/in 39.4 n/mm
Rear: 260 lb/in 45.5 n/mm

KW V1 & V3

Front: 50 n/mm
Rear: 50 n/mm

H&R Coilovers

Front: 80 n/mm
Rear: 80 n/mm

AST Sportline II, track set-up

Front: 100 n/mm
Rear: 110 n/mm

I just emailed H&R to find out how hard their springs are compared to stock 200 Cup. I asked about the springs that fit the later models part number 29103-2.
They replied "The spring rate of the FA spring 29103VA2 is appr. 37N/mm and on RA spring 29103HA1 is appr. 53N/mm"
