Fred, excellent stuffs, similar way of thinking! the sun strip is home made or you bought it somewhere, pls?
Also the carbon wrapping on the interior plastics, you did it or better to ask who is working with it?

Thanks and yeah looks like it! The sunstrip I got from eBay but the links doesn't work anymore. But on http://stickauto.fr/fr/14-renault there you can find them in all kind of versions ;-).
The Carbon wrapping I did myself, the smal strip passenger side and steering wheel piece where quite simple. The centre console is a real pain in the ass! About 3-4 hours with my dad :glare:. So its can be done but it definitely not perfect, I first asked price for let it do professionally but I thought it was to expensive
Last week I removed the isofixbar and today I removed the rear seatbelts (not an easy job!). In total now -28kg off "unnecessary parts" in the attic . But probably will be compensated in the future:giggle:.
Today I also fitted a part off the 4-point harness but still need 2 parts for fitting on the outside.
Last sunday I managed too fix my brake cooling, the cooling part was easy but the replacement of the fluid washer box wasn't so easy as expected. Because off the MOT in Belgium it's required too have a wash fluid for the front windscreen. Found a smaller box that fits and works with the brake cooling tubes.
Would it wise and to maximise/stop wasted airflow passing by the back face of the wheel and not hitting the disc at all. Fit a deflector plate so as to divert the air inwards at the centre of the wheel towards the back face of the disc?

Last Saturday the cage was welded and Monday I did my first laps on the Nurburgring anic:! It feels a little bit more stable at the rear and what a joy with harness on the circuit, now you sit firm in the seats! It needs a little adjustment and then it can be painted!
