No I've got a good credit rating - just fell for the "what do you want to spend per month?" line I said £150 and he came back with £159, it wasn't until I signed the paperwork i noticed 17.9APR interest charge.

I would be round there ramming a large barbed object up the salesmans man eye which is clearly located on his forehead, That is simple greed from the dealership. I would say fool you for not checking but if your credit history is good you just wouldnt expect an APR like that,
Being brutally honest having spent time on here i wouldnt buy an clio out of warranty and the finance option means i dont have to tie up 16k's worth of money i can be splurging on drugs / alcohol / holidays / House / Porn etc

ive been worried about this whole finance thing as ive never done anything like it before im glad ive done it now.
im ending up paying £225 a month for my cup with speedlines, cup spoiler and gw paint, that was with a £1500 deposit. think its about 4.5%apr. ive never had a loan before and i dont pay much by direct debit so im fairly pleased with everything
ive got recaros too but im paying for those straight up to keep the monthly payments down

Thats my idea too!!
Hoping I wont have to buy tyres, brakes etc.
If I stick to 12k over the 2 years I wont even need to service it!
Wheel any tyre insurance is a joke.
I have been driving 10 years and had to spend £80 in that to replace knackered tyres which I would say is pretty average.
Wheel and tyre insurance is normally about £300 plus each claim will have an excess and be a head ache too
