Clio 197 not that fast???

A saxo vts making its power is approx 145 bhp/ton. A 197 running an avg 180bhp like most are is approx 145bhp/ton. Simples.

What weight of the Clio did you use for the bhp/ton calculation?

My car with the full equipment - only thing I don't have is the glass roof - has 1300kg with full tank and without me.

Recaro seats are 3-5kg heavier than the standard ones - each.

And, IMHO - I would take a 185bhp as an approximate power figure.
