Ive been spending too much money on this car.

So far:

• Replaced RCD510 stereo with RNS510 Sat Nav.
• Got some 30/45 H&R Springs.
• Got a nice alloy dead pedal to fit.
• Full Porsche front brake setup, including:- Boxster front calipers refurbished in white, 312mm TT front discs, HEL lines, custom brackets, brembo pads.
• 8mm spacers for front, 15mm spacers for rear

I'll post some pics once it all gets fitted on the 10th March. Well, ive already fitted the RNS510 and doing the dead pedal/footrest tomorrow.:thumbsup:

Much better than a Golf and white's the colour to have.

But DSG is lame (I know as the wife has a DSG A3).

Each to their own. This is my 3rd DSG car and I love it. A DSG remap will help at a later stage. However, want a Polo GTI as I did, you have to have DSG. As you do with a Fabia vRS and Ibiza Cupra/Boc or an Audi A1 1.4 S-line.

The only thing that puts me off this car is the seats. I've not seen them close up as yet but they do look unusual.

They are the classic tartan pattern dating back to the original 1977 Golf GTI.
