Big spec 200 Cup *FOR SALE*

Gotcha, what pressure are you going to run? From what I understand the in tank FPR is 3.5 bar, will you butcher it?
Definately yes Il have a look when its out at the weekend and have a nosey to decide what to do. Id go for a billet fuel rail etc etc but like the factory look really!

@R27WTF Matt has a few cup racer fuel rails if you’re after an OE solution. I’ve ordered an R3T sender which has a 5 bar FPR, when it gets here I’ll see if I can get a part number off it for you.

Few little bits boxed off today made the inspection cover for the fuel pump, brackets for the supercharger reservoir and oil cooler to lower them right down and fitted the oil/oil gauge for the temperatures. The old cooling fan was almost on fire when it was running so got a cheap universal fan for it. Fitted the little carbon inserts in the wings from Supreme and toying with maybe fitting some bonnet vents! Thoughts?

This is the 5 bar in tank FPR in the R3T fuel sender unit. It’s held in with a clip. It shares the same diameter o rings as the Bosch FPRs but doesn’t have a reference port.

How did you route your wiring for the oil sensors? I’m putting a boost gauge there and don’t think the lead will reach to the large grommet on the passenger side

If you remove the lower panel on the drivers side there's a grommet at the top right next to the rear washer hose that's perfect. The cable will pop out just next to the brake servo

Popped the new fuel pump in this eve and fitted the return which is just blanked off until the new engine goes in. Will just do away with the in tank reg. Being push fit I've used a small length of 8mm so the return fills the swirl pot instead of spraying around it! . . . ps I didnt have any proper fuel pipe clips to hand!

Managed an early dart today so cracked on with the AEM water / meth injection kit install. All fitted pretty well behind the driver's seat, just enough height for the reservoir. These kits have come on some since the last one I had 15+ years ago! Its not really necessary at this spec but will make things cooler and I like toys!54530947-9279-4A6E-A18D-9F5B4EA20894.jpegF8074733-8BC4-429F-92D4-CEE0D2B9C368.jpeg2477B476-8417-4D14-8630-34F8B04A2772.jpeg5985D472-A467-4508-9627-BB0D2FA0713D.jpegBACC6B8A-2B12-46E9-A733-18BFE0A08713.jpegDC98F626-C8F4-4FC9-9BB2-DBE977265839.jpeg

Where are you looking to insert the meth/water? Josh Wheeler made me an insert to remove the PCV and take a 1/8” NPT gauge. I’m sure he’d make another if you wanted one.65F3BB63-9F04-49C4-8247-9AC5815EF79F.jpeg

Make sure you never run above 50% methanol content..... it’s rather flammable. Certainly wouldn’t want it going up inside the cabin so close to you.
