Yeah, quite a few guys over on the Twingo forum have had trouble with theirs falling to bits.

Pipe cross or itg is the way forward!There is still a slight spot, nowhere near as bad. The sound gets better every time I drive it

Flat spot is annoying me a little

I found the flat spot outweighed the pro's of removing the silencer tbh mate , all that noise and little power got a bit annoying , might be different if your mapping it tho , just make sure your positive about getting it done , it's been a pain getting my silencer welded back on !

Ive had this done for awhile now and ive never had an issue with the flatspot. Its really not that hard to avoid it, i mean you have 7.5k to play with so why are you going full throttle at 2k anyway? Maybe its just me and coming from carb'd cars and learning not to mash the throttle at 1k but instead feeding in the throttle.

Because I use to be able to go from 2k!! But it's hard to brake the habit
