All White

Hello there,

I have two questions that I hope some could answer for me. I own a White 200 and am wondering if there is such a thing as a polish that doesn't dry White as I am struggling to tell where I have applied the stuff!!

Secondly I have just bought a clay bar kit, is there a process to follow when using this stuff i.e do I have to polish, wax or neither after I have clayed the car?

Cheers for any help

Wash car
De tar car (that's if you want too?)
Clay car
Wash car
Polish car
Wax car

That's what I do to mine, think thats what everyone else does?

you'll only scratch yr car further with a clay bar mate,in effect yr dragging grit accross yr paint surface, spray on decon gel works best then jett wash off,no contact required

Cheers for the info, is their such a thing as a dark coloured polish? Any recommendations on which polish, wax is good and not silly money to buy. Am currently using some auto glym that I have had ages

Wash two bucket method
Tar remover
Clay
Wash
Tape up everything you don't want to get polish and wax on
Polish
Wax
Stand back and say where did the wk end go

I used to use autoglym and it's cack in comparison to what I've got now, auto finesse tripple polish, purple colour but goes on the paint white, and collinite 845, excellent combo, dont know any polish and wax that goes on different colour, russ might know?

go on a website called polished bliss, get the number and have a chat with them, they really no there stuff and will advice u on the best polish for the colour and make off yr car,i did and never looked back

live on the ings mate, behind the wacky, dont do that many miles to be fair thats probably why, you've prob got more chance of hearing it than seeing it to be honest as its a touch loud!

I strongly disagree. Claying would only scratch a car if it's not done properly.

Beginners should use a fine or medium clay, rather than an aggressive one.

Aggressive clay also shouldn't be used on soft paint.

We sell Dodo Juice Lime Prime, which is a brilliant polish/pre-wax cleanser. It's also green, which might be helpful to you.
