595Rs R Track day Setup

Hi all, i am going for track day soon, i just got Federal 595RSR.
the size is 215/45 R 17.

What air pressure should i run on these tyres for track day?

I guess the air temperature is going to be quiet high. at least 25degrees...

My new 595s tread delaminated from the shell and stripped off to the cord after half a trackday, cheap budget Chinese crap. Keep an eye on them!

Mind they did grip reasonably well when they did work!

Ok, i am not going to rape the car on the track day, i am just having three sessions of half an hour. so i am not going to be on track all the time..
The track we have here is not very fast, so most of the cornering is slow, like second gear....

I am usually driving 2-3 laps then i cool the car and tyres for 1 lap.. and then again, so basicaly i will drive 10-12 laps max....

I donno how to set these tyres up for a trackday.

Start with about 27-28 psi cold and then measure them after your first session. They should be no more than 32psi hot. The fronts will increase 5-6psi, the backs about 2psi.
