i know there has been alot of not so good press about these, but shall i give them ago?

Go for Yoko AD08s mate. Deeper tread and no issues.

I got a set from Black Circles for £470 to my door a few weeks ago.

One must simply try the 595's Jonesy, yes there is less tread, they wear down very quickly and some people have had issues but fudge me they grip....


I myself will be trying the AD08 after tho..

I've had two fail on me now but having said that they can offer alot of traction and take much less warming up than R888s so are ideal for wet days IMO.

However in the dry they certainly aren't anywhere near R888 grip performance and I just can't trust them around a track anymore! They used to be cheap making them a tempting option but lately seems the price had rocketed with their reputation.

and i thought the 595rsr come with 7-8mil of tread?
