Mine has developed this crash/clunk from the front. Seems to happen if you drive up a drop kerb. It almost sounds like something on the suspension is loose and vibrates with an accompanying crash.

Sounds similar to what I had and it was an engine mount.
Snapped spring is a possibility.....
I recently had the same - (Not on a 200T mind you) and my mechanic said to me they often go in winter. The cold is just enough to make a fault / crack brittle and "BANG"....away it goes.

Update:
Crash/clunk is now fixed.
It's had two new lower wishbones and all is well with that fault now
Knock from rear.
Had some sort of spacer fitted to the shock mount (and some adjustment) from what I understand (which is probably little, plus they hardly want to tell you anything).
Creak from driver's window.
This has been fixed by lubricating the top of the door seal. The bit that is on top of the window, but sits on the underside of the roof/door opening.
Tailgate creaking.
This didn't get fixed. They changed the bolts and lubricated the boot catch, but it still creaks on slanted road manoeuvring. They suggested a wax based polish on the seal. If this doesn't do it, they'll replace the seal.
Vibrating headrests.
Now fixed. The adjusted the gap between the legs, and I believe they've fitted some foam pads
Buzzing from behind steering wheel.
Still not fixed. They've replaced the steering angle sensor, as that was making a noise too. It seems that the buzzing might actually be the left hand circular dashboard surround. So, it's either furniture polish or WD-40 time soon I think.
Finally, thought it was worth a mention, the brake pedal squeaked every time you pressed it. I just attacked the mount with WD-40 and it's all sorted.

It had a new led running light just after I got it (2 years old) as it was permanently dim too.
Obviously it had its spoiler recall too.
I've just remembered, when it went in on Monday, they've done a recall on the wiper arm linkage.

What was the wiper arm linkage recall? My wipers are shite, they sit really on the screen if there is much wind resistance or the screen isn't wet enough. When we bought he car, on the test drive the wiper was hitting the a pillar when on full speed. Renault Wolverhampton stopped it doing that, but there seems to be far too much free play in the mechanism.
The guy didn't say much about it, apart from "some cars have been reported as the linkage coming loose". He mentioned about the long bar that links the two. Hope that helps you a bit.
I've just checked and my wipers hardly wobble at all (maybe a tiny bit). Not so you'd say "there's a lot of play in those".
